Abstract:

MUTALA, Ľubomír, Bc.: Possibilities of selling the insurace product over the internet. [Graduation thesis]. Page numbers: 104 Our graduation thesis is focused on possibilities of insurance products selling via internet. In the first chapter, we will classify the concepts as insurance, insurance sector and different types of insurance products, with primary orientation on their selling via internet. In the second chapter, we will analyze the current situation of the insurance products internet sales on the Slovak insurance market. We will perform a questionnaire survey related to the insurance products sales via internet. On the basis of the analysis, in the third chapter, we will propose the possibilities how to broaden the insurance products sales over internet.

Vedúci práce: Ing., Zdenka Musová PhD., Rok obhajoby: 2012. Počet strán 104 Diplomová práca je zameraná na možnosti predaja poistných produktov cez internet. V prvej kapitole vysvetlíme pojmy ako poistenie, poisťovníctvo a druhy poistných produktov a hlavne ich predaj pomocou internetu. V druhej kapitole našej práci vykonáme analýzu súčasného stavu predaja poistných produktov cez internet na slovenskom poistnom trhu. Vykonáme dotazníkový prieskum predaja poistných produktov cez internet. Na základe analytickej časti v tretej kapitole načrtneme možnosti na rozšírenie predaja poistných produktov cez internet.
