Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rekonstrukce historických hospodářských usedlostí sloužících v minulosti rodinám statkářů a jejich činnostem. Ve své práci se snažím na zvoleném objektu vhodně zachytit, popsat a znárodnit příčiny vedoucí k degradaci jednotlivých konstrukčních částí zájmového objektu.
