Problém rekonštrukcie génových regulačných sietí patrí medzi základné výzvy v systémovej biológii. The problem of inference of gene regulatory networks is one of the fundamental challenges in systems biology. Boolean networks are among the most widely used formalisms for representing gene regulatory networks.
