Applying the principles of smart rural in the development activities of municipality of Mukařov

Abstract:

Tato práce se věnuje zkoumání konceptu smart village, přičemž klade důraz na povědomí jak zastupitelů obecního úřadu a členů komise pro smart strategii, tak obyvatel Mukařova o tomto konceptu. Byla provedena identifikace a charakterizace již implementovaných chytrých řešení v Mukařově. Dále byla zpracována analýza návrhu opatření pro zlepšení efektivity pracovních procesů na obecním úřadě. Součástí výzkumného procesu byl dotazník distribuovaný mezi zastupiteli a členy komise pro smart strategii, který navazoval na totožné šetření z roku 2019 mezi zastupiteli měst v ČR, čímž bylo možno provést komparaci těchto dat. Kromě toho byl mezi obyvateli obce Mukařov realizován druhý dotazník, který se specificky zaměřil na jejich povědomí o konceptu smart village a o již zavedených chytrých řešeních v obci.

Abstract:

This thesis is devoted to exploring the concept of a smart village, with a focus on the aware-ness of both municipal council members and members of the commission for smart strategy, as well as the inhabitants of Mukařov regarding this concept. An identification and characte-rization of the already implemented smart solutions in Mukařov were conducted. Furthermore, an analysis of proposed measures to improve the efficiency of work processes at the municipal office was processed. Part of the research process included a questionnaire distributed among the representatives and members of the commission for smart strategy, which followed an identical survey conducted among city representatives in the Czech Republic in 2019, allowing for a comparison of these data. Additionally, a second questionnaire was carried out among the inhabitants of the Mukařov municipality, specifically targeting their awareness of the smart village concept and the smart solutions already implemented in the municipality.
