Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na stárnutí populace v České republice. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, jako je věková pyramida, důchod, penze. Následně je rozebírán důchodový systém a ekonomickou zátěž způsobená stárnoucí populace. V Praktické části je použita sekundární analýza. This bachelor thesis focuses on the aging of the population in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis explains basic concepts such as, population pyramid, pension. Afterwards the pension system is analyzed, so too are economic consequences and possible solutions. Secondary analysis is used in the practical part of the thesis.
