Lasers and its use for cladding copper and its alloys on a W.Nr. 1.4541 steel substrate
Abstract:
Diplomová práce řeší problematiku navařování mědi o vysoké čistotě na substráty z oceli. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit vzorky, které byly navařeny laserovými zdroji emitujícími záření o krátké vlnové délce ( 450-1100 nm). K hodnocení byla použita metalografická analýza a nedestruktivní testování za účelem stanovení vnitřních a povrchových vad laserových návarů.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the issues of laser cladding of high-purity copper on steel substrate. The aim of this work is to assessment the quality of samples that were claded by laser sources emitting short wavelength radiation ( 450-1100 nm). Metallographic analysis and nondestructive testing were used to evaluate the laser clads todetermine internal and surface defects.
