Psychosocial impacts on divorce to minors

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rozvodu a jeho psychosociálními dopady na nezletilé děti. Předložená práce je teoreticky zaměřena a jejím cílem je nastínit a analyzovat poznatky z této oblasti, a to na základě studia odborné literatury. Úvod je věnován vymezení pojmu rodina, jejím funkcím a typologii, a také pojmu manželství. Další okruh se týká rozvodu, jeho typům, smluvenému a spornému rozvodu a vyživovací povinnosti. V třetí části jsou zpracovány konkrétní dopady rozvodu na nezletilé dítě či možnosti jeho adaptace. Věnuji se také porozvodové péči o dítě, jejíž hlavní část tvoří jednotlivé druhy porozvodového uspořádání péče o dítě, a také role orgánů sociálně právní ochrany dětí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with divorce and psychosocial impacts to minors. The presented work is a theoretical essey. The aim is to outline and analyze the findings from this area based on available technical literature. In the introduction, attention is drawn to the definition of the family, its functions and types, and the definition of marriage. The next part of presented thesis is focused on divorce, its types, conventional divorce, controversial divorce and child support. In the third part there are processed specific impacts of divorce to minors or possibilities of its adaptation.I deal with custody after divorce, its main part consists of post-divorce custody arrangements and the role of social and legal protection of children.
