Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na činnost OČTŘ v prvotním stádiu trestního řízení, tedy v přípravném řízení. První část se zaměřuje na obecné seznámení s přípravným řízením a lehké nastínění orgánů, které se na něm svou činností podílejí. V dalších kapitolách jsou tyto orgány vymezeny velmi podrobně. This bachelor thesis is focused on the activities of the CPT in the first stage of criminal proceedings, ie in pre-trial proceedings. The first part focuses on the general introduction to the pre-trial procedure and a light outline of the authorities involved in it.
