The Senior Citizen Education at University of the Third Age from the Perspective of Lecturers

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá pohledem lektora na vzdělávání seniorů na univerzitě třetího věku. První kapitola teoretické části charakterizuje seniora a seniorský věk, vysvětluje význam vzdělávání pro seniory, popisuje specifika, formy a metody. Druhá kapitola je věnována vzniku a organizační struktuře univerzity třetího věku. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na lektora seniorského věku, zabývá se také jeho kompetencemi a profesními požadavky. Praktická část navazuje na část teoretickou, jsou zde popsány výzkumné cíle, výzkumné otázky a interpretace výzkumu. Výzkum je realizován na základě kvalitativního přístupu za pomoci polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Praktická část se zabývá otázkou "Jaký pohled zaujímají lektoři ke vzdělávání na univerzitě třetího věku?"

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the lecturer's view on the education of seniors at the university of the third age. The first chapter of the theoretical part characterizes seniors and senior age, explains the importance of education for seniors, describes its specifics, forms and methods. The second chapter is devoted to the origin and organizational structure of the university of the third age. The third chapter focuses on the lecturer of the senior age, also deals with his competencies and professional requirements. The practical part follows the theoretical part, there are described the research goals, research questions and interpretations of research. The research is carried out on the basis of a qualitative approach with the help of coding semi-structured interviews. The practical one deals with the question "What is the view of lecturers on education at the university of the third age?".
