Tato diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním románu Pán Much od Williama Goldinga s jeho dvěma filmovými adaptacemi, vydanými v letech 1963 a 1990, a jednou seriálovou adaptací, která byla poprvé vysílána v roce 2019. This master’s thesis deals with a comparison of William Golding’s novel Lord of the Flies with its two movie adaptations, released in 1963 and 1990, and one TV series adaptation first aired in 2019. The thesis first focuses on the circumstances of the novel publication and its adaptations publication and then examines possible reasons for their popularity and target audience.
