Předkládaná diplomová práce se věnuje subjektivním teoriím učitelů o podpoře žáků v procesu učení. Konkrétně se jednalo o učitele, u kterých je prokazatelný důkaz o kvalitě jejich praxe. Práce je členěna do dvou částí, a to teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část pojednává o klíčových pojmech, které se pojí k tématu. Abstract:
The presented thesis focuses on subjective theory of teachers regarding support for pupils in the learning process. Specifically, it adresses teachers who have demonstra-ble evidence of the quality of their practice. The thesis is divided onto two parts: theoretical and empirical.
