Bakalářská práce se zabývá zákazem činnosti z pohledu trestního práva. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat trest zákazu činnosti, který je ukládán podle trestního zákoníku. V první kapitole se práce zabývá obecně trestněprávními následky v trestním právu. V následující kapitole pojednává o historii trestání, pojmu a účelu trestu. Bachelor thesis deals with the prohibition to undertake activities from the point of view of the criminal law. The aim of the thesis is to describe the penalty of the prohibition to undertake activities which is put according to the criminal code.
