Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je poskytnout ucelený rozbor komunikace při soudním řízení, a to se zaměřením na výslech svědka a obviněného. Práce rozpracovává základní poznatky o komunikaci, které jsou následně aplikovány na situaci v soudní síni i při výslechu. The goal of this thesis is to provide an overall analysis of the Court Room communication and to focus on the examination of a witness and defendant. The work is treating the basic knowledge of communication, which is consequently applied to the Court Room and the examination situation.
