Informed consent to abortion
Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je problematika informovaného souhlasu v souvislosti se zákrokem umělého přerušení těhotenství. Informovaný souhlas je v současné době nezbytnou součástí každého medicínského zákroku, o to náročnější je jeho sestavení s ohledem k zákroku umělého přerušení těhotenství, a to zejména v souvislosti právní, informativní a etické.
Abstract:
The topic of this diploma thesis is the issue of informed consent in connection with the procedure of abortion. Informed consent is currently an essential part of any medical procedure, that means it is more legally difficult to compile the consent due to the abortion, especially in the legal, informative and ethical context.
