Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce „Využití behaviorální analýzy pro deskripci faktorů determinujících podnikatelskou aktivitu“ je na základě behaviorální analýzy identifikovat faktory determinující podnikatelskou aktivitu. V tomto ohledu budou mimo jiné zkoumán vliv kognitivních zkreslení averze ke ztrátě, nadměrné sebedůvěry a také osobnostních rysů. První část je věnována úvodu do problematiky behaviorální analýzy, jsou v ní představeny poznatky behaviorální ekonomie, její kritika, metody a srovnání s ekonomií klasickou. Model sloužící k identifikaci vlivu proměnných na podnikatelskou aktivitu je vytvořen a charakterizován ve druhé části. Potřebná data jsou sesbírána pomocí vlastního dotazníku a následně popsána. Poslední část práce se zabývá analýzou dat při využití neparametrických metod rozhodovacího stromu typu CART a Random Forest. Výsledky analýz jsou následně porovnány a interpretovány.

Abstract:

The aim of master thesis „Application of Behavioral analysis to describe factors for determing business activity“ is to identify factors that determine business activity based on behavioral analysis. In this respect will be among others examined the influce of cognitive biases of loss aversion, overconfidence and personality traits. The first part is decicated to the introduction of behavioral analysis, it introduces findings of behavioral economics, its criticism, methods and comparison with classical economics. Model used for identifying the influence of variables on business activity is created and characterized in the second part. Data are collected by questionnaire and subsequently decribed. The final part is focused on data analysis using nonparametric methods decision tree type CART and Random Forest. The results of analysis is then compared and interpreted.
