Specifika Finančního Výkaznictví v Nadnárodní Podnicích: Případová studie realitní developerské firmy

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá reportingovými procesy v realitní developerské společnosti. První část se věnuje problematice finančního a manažerského účetnictví, jejich odlišnostmi a konvergencí. Cílem druhé části je ukázat praktické uplatnění účetního výkaznictví v případové studii a popsat a vyhodnotit reportingové procesy ve vybrané společnosti a v případě potřeby navrhnout podněty ke zlepšení. Na základě teoretických znalostí a analýzy procesů dané společnosti bylo zjištěno, že společnost nastavila dobré procesy a směrnice a ani modernizace nového softwaru není potřeba k plnění nových požadavků z řad řídících pracovníků nebo investora. Jak dokazuje nový požadavek ze strany investora na detailnější druh reportu, stávající systém je schopen produkovat požadované reporty, ačkoliv je vyžadována spolupráce od dotyčných týmů a samozřejmě se musí počítat s časovou náročností spojenou se změnou či implementací nových procesů.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on reporting processes in the real estate development company. The first part addresses the issues of financial and management accounting, the differences and the convergence of these two types of accounting. The second part aims to show the practical application of the accounting reporting in a real-life case study and to describe and evaluate the reporting processes in the selected company and make suggestions for improvements where necessary. Based on theoretical knowledge and analysis of the company’s processes, the findings revealed that the selected company established good processes and policies and new software update is currently not required in order to perform new requirements from management or investor. As the more detailed type of reports has been recently required by the investor, the current system is able to produce such reports, however the inputs are required from the dedicated teams and naturally, the time consumption must be considered while changing or implementing new processes.
