Intensive fattening of Czech fleckvieh bulls

Abstract:

Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na problematiku intenzivního výkrmu býků českého strakatého plemene skotu, zejména pak na kategorie telat a zástavového skotu, kde bylo do experimentu zařazeno 1098 býků. U části experimentálních zvířat (132 býků) byla provedena klasifikace jatečně upravených těl.Růstová intenzita byla v experimentu sledována u 1098 býků českého strakatého plemene skotu, kteří byli v průběhu výkrmu do zástavové hmotnosti odchováváni ve dvou stájích. V diplomové práci jsou zahrnuta data za roky 2017, 2018 a 2019. Hodnocení bylo zaměřeno na čistokrevné jedince (C100) a křížence (CX), kde podíl krve českého strakatého plemene skotu byl 70 % a více.V jednotlivých letech byl průměrný denní přírůstek z obou odchoven ve výši 1,36 kg.den-1. Býci byli v průměru naskladněni ve 2,5 měsících věku a vyskladnění ve 4,5 měsících věku, kdy dosahovali hmotnosti 184 kg. Nakoupená zvířata byla umístěna do odchovny ve vesnici Sviny, kde probíhal odchov na mléčné krmné směsi, do hmotnosti cca 130 kg, při průměrném denním přírůstku 1,09 kg.den-1. Poté byli býci přemístěni na farmu v obci Jívoví, kde probíhal výkrm do zástavové hmotnosti cca 240 kg. Zde dosahovali býci průměrný denní přírůstek 1,62 kg.den-1.U skupiny CX byl v porovnání s C100 zaznamenán nepatrně vyšší průměrný denní přírůstek (1,39, respektive 1,34 kg.den-1)., který mohl být částečně ovlivněn vyšší nákupní hmotností skupiny CX. V růstové intenzitě čistokrevných býků a kříženců v obou odchovnách nebyly zjištěny významné rozdílyKlasifikace jatečně upravených těl byla provedena u 132 býků, kteří prošli systémem společnosti Farma Blatiny-CZ s.r.o. od kategorie telat až do finální jatečné hmotnosti. V roce 2018 bylo poraženo ve věku 22 měsíců 78 býků, v roce 2019 ve věku 20 měsíců 54 býků. Díky vyšší růstové intenzitě dosahovali tito mladší býci vyšší hmotnosti jatečně upraveného těla (425 kg) a byli příznivěji hodnoceni v systému SEUROP („U2“). Zvířata poražená v roce 2018 měla hmotnost jatečně upraveného těla 416 kg, zařazena byla do třídy „R2“.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis was focused on the intensive fattening of the Czech fleckvieh bulls, especially on the categories of calves and feeders, in the experiment were included 1098 bulls. A part of experimental animals (132 bulls) was classified carcasses.Growth intensity was monitored in the experiment on 1098 of the Czech fleckvieh bulls, which were bred in two stables during fattening up to the feeder weight. The animals were monitored in the individual years 2017, 2018, 2019 or according to the proportion of blood C100 or CX (hybrids with the proportion of blood Czech fleckvieh over 70 %).In each year, the average daily increment of both stables was averaged to 1.36 kg.den-1, bulls were stored in average at 2.5 months of age and were picking at 4.5 months of age, when they weighed 184 kg. When divided into individual stables, in the first (Sviny) rearing on milk feed mixtures until weaning, approximately between the weight of 70 - 130 kg, where the animals reached an average daily increase of 1.09 kg.den-1 and were recorded in individual years slight differences. In the second (Jívoví) fattening to feeder weight (about 130 to 240 kg) was the average daily increment of 1.62 kg.day-1.In the CX group, a higher average daily gain was observed compared to the C100 (1.39 and 1.34 kg.day-1, respectively), which could be partly influenced by the higher CX input weight. Small differences were noted in the stable Sviny, a greater difference was recorded in the Jívoví stable, the CX group had a higher average daily gain of 0,110 kg.day-1, but the initial weight of these animals was higher.The classification of carcasses was carried out in 132 bulls that had passed the system of Farma Blatiny-CZ s.r.o. from the category of calves. Slaughter was carried out in 2018 (78 pcs) and 2019 (54 pcs), in 2018 bulls were slaughtered on average at 22 months, in 2019 the average age was 20 months, but the carcass weight was higher this year (425 kg) and bulls were better classified in the SEUROP classes („U2“). Animals slaughtered in 2018 had a carcass weight of 416 kg and were classified in class „R2“.
