The purpose of this thesis is to describe and apply the Dynamic System Development Method within IT company. This work also compares the advantages and drawbacks be-tween this method and the classical i.e. Waterfall approach and Atern approach clarify the principles and techniques of DSDM. Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat a aplikovat Dynamic System Development Method v rámci IT společnosti. Tato práce také popisuje negativní i pozitivní rozdíly mezi klasickým tj. vodopádový přístupem a Atern přístupem, vysvětluje principy DSDM stejně jako jeho vlastnosti a používané techniky. DSDM bude aplikováno na Rostering projekt, který je prioritně určen pro společnost Spirit group.
