Principles of crisis communication

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma zásady krizové komunikace, která je rozdělena do dvou oblastí, a to do oblasti teoretické a oblasti praktické. Cílem teoretické oblasti je specifikovat základní terminologii, která je spojená s krizovou komunikací, kde je důležitým bodem uvedení správných zásad a postupů pro krizovou komunikaci během krizové situace, ale i uvedení nejčastějších chyb, kterých se při takové to komunikaci v různých bodech dopouštíme, nebo můžeme dopustit. Praktická část je pak směřována na ukázku správné komunikace a špatné komunikace v praxi a uplatnění těchto zásad k vybrané mimořádné události.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is elaborated on the topic of the principles of crisis communication, which is divided into two areas, namely the theoretical and the practical. The aim of the theoretical area is to specify the basic terminology that is associated with crisis communication, where an important point is the introduction of the correct principles and procedures for crisis communication during a crisis situation, but also the most common mistakes that we commit or can commit at various points during such communication. The practical part is then directed at demonstrating good communication and bad communication in practice and applying these principles to a selected emergency.
