Synthesis and characterization of precoursors for preparation of metal heavier chalcogenides
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá studiem přípravy molekulárních prekurzorů pro přípravu telluridů kovů. Těžiště práce spočívá v přípravě telluridu kademnatého reakcí bis(difenylfosfino)aminu s tellurem a uhličitanem kademnatým. Uvedený systém byl porovnán s reakcí 1,4-bis(difenylfosfino)butanu s tellurem a uhličitanem kademnatým.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with study of synthesis of single source precursors for preparation of metal tellurides. Fundamental part of the thesis lies in preparation of cadmium telluride by reaction of bis(diphenylphosphino)amine with tellurium and cadmium carbonate. Presented system was compared with the reaction of 1,4-bis(diphenylphosphino)butane with tellurium and cadmium carbonate.
