Childbirth leaded by medical rescuer outside the hospital

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vedením porodu mimo zdravotnické zařízení zdravotnickým záchranářem. V teoretické části najdeme popis fyziologického porodu, jednotlivých porodních dob i možné komplikace, které mohou potkat zdravotnického záchranáře při převozu rodičky do zdravotnického zařízení. V této části se vyskytuje také legislativa kompetencí zdravotnického záchranáře a vybavení vozu zdravotnické záchranné služby. Opomenout nesmím ani obávaný překotný porod, či zhodnocení situace, zda rodit v terénu nebo volit převoz do porodnice. Protože u porodu se staráme nejen o matku, ale i o novorozence, v práci uvádím i pravidla pro zhodnocení Apgar skóre, či resuscitaci novorozence. Praktická část této bakalářské práce se zabývá edukací studentů třetího ročníku oboru Zdravotnický záchranář, včetně praktického nácviku a následného ověření jejich znalostí testovou formou. Na základě edukace je nasimulována videoklipová scéna, ve které můžeme pozorovat porod vedený zdravotnickým záchranářem v terénu. Hmatatelným výstupem z této bakalářské práce je zhotovení informační kartičky, která doufám bude sloužit jako karta první pomoci v případě, že bude zdravotnický záchranář nucen rodit v terénu.

Abstract:

My bachelor's thesis is concerned with chidbirth leaded by medical rescuer outside the hospital. In the theoretical part is description of physiological delivery, of individual birth times and possible complications,which can happen to medical rescuer during transporting woman in labour to the hospital. In this part is also legislation competences of medical rescuer and equipment of the ambulance. I cannot forget the feared rapid labour,or evaluation of situation whether give birth in terrain or choose the transport to maternity hospital. Because in labour we take care not only of the mother,but we take care of the new born child too. I state regulations for evaluation of Apgar score in the thesis,or resuscitation of the new born child. The practical part of this bachelor’s thesis is about educating third year students of medical rescuation,including practice and subsequent verification their knowledge by testing. On the basis of education is simulated video in which we can observe the childbirth leaded by medical rescuer outside the hospital. Tangible conclusion of this bachelor’s thesis is making of informational card,which I hope ,will be used as card of first aid in case,that medical rescuer will be forced to lead the child birth outside the hospital.
