Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme tématu interakce nekódujících RNA s proteiny, konkrétně s proteinem DIS3L2. DIS3L2 je spojován s výskytem Wilmsova tumoru a je také zodpovědný za destrukci uridylovaných prekurzorů let-7 miRNA v embryonálních kmenových buňkách. Abstract:
In this thesis we study the interaction of non-coding RNAs with the newly characterized human exoribonuclease DIS3L2. DIS3L2 has been associated with the occurence of Wilms tumor. It is also responsible for the degradation of uridylated precursors of let-7 micro RNA in human embryonic stem cells.
