Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit systém poskytovaných benefitů ve vybrané společnosti. Na základě realizovaného dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci bylo provedeno zhodnocení spokojenosti s poskytovanými benefity a navržena doporučení. Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the system of benefits provided in a selected company. Based on the implemented questionnaire survey among employees, an evaluation of satisfaction with the provided benefits was performed and recommendations were proposed.
