Hlavním cílem práce je srovnání tří jednojazyčných anglických slovníků určených speciálně studentům angličtiny, které jsou dostupné studentům pedagogické fakulty, zdůraznění jejich jednotlivých výhod a nevýhod a doporučení nejvhodnějšího slovníku pro konzultaci.
