Responsibility Management in the Environment of International Companies

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je „Odpovědnostní řízení středisek v prostředí mezinárodních společností.“ Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části (teoretické) jsou shrnuty informace načerpané z odborné literatury týkající se oblasti odpovědnostního řízení středisek. Ve druhé části (aplikační) jsou informace načerpané z odborné literatury a mé dosavadní zkušenosti z praxe využívány pro analýzu současného přístupu k řízení vnitropodnikových útvarů ve společnosti poskytující služby v oblasti bezhotovostního platebního styku, posouzení souladu nynějšího řízení středisek se zásadami řízení po odpovědnostní linii a navržení změn v přístupu k řízení vnitropodnikových středisek v případě, že současný způsob řízení útvarů neodpovídá principům odpovědnostního řízení.

Abstract:

Subject of this bachelor thesis is „Management of responsibility centers in international companies“. The thesis is splitted in two parts. In the first theoretical part the information obtained by studying of literature related to the responsibility management of administrative centres are collected. In the second aplication part the information obtained from literature and from my own practical experience are used for the analysis of the current management of administrative centers in an international company providing worldwide services in the area of payment processing, examination of correspondency of current management methods with the rules of responsibility management and a proposal of changes in a currently used management method in case it is not in accordance with the principles of responsibility management of administrative centers.
