Abstract:
V této práci se zabývám především pracovním stresem manažera. V první části práce definuji pojem stres, dimenze stresu a odezvu na stres. Dále se zaměřuji na osobnost manažera, osobnost „typu A a typu B a rysy úspěšného manažera. Analyzuji druhy stresu, příčiny a nejběžnější zdroje stresu. Věnuji se také pracovnímu stresu a zdraví. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the working stress of managers. The first part provides definitions of the words stress, stress dimension and stress response. In addition, the managers’ personalities, personalities A and B and the features of successful managers are discussed.
