Stress-Strain Analysis of the Modular Cabin Frame

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje pevnostní analýze rámu stavební buňky. Model byl nejprve vytvořen v programu Autodesk Inventor ve 3D a poté byl následně převeden do programu Siemens NX 11, kde byla postupně provedena pevnostní analýza rámu. 3D model se musel převést na jednoduchý čárový model, abychom jednotlivým čarám byly schopni přiřadit síť z 1D elementů. Po důkladné přípravě modelu byla spuštěna pevnostní analýza, která vypočítala chování rámu při různých velikostech zatížení, které na rám skutečně působí. Bylo také ověřeno, zda zatížení, které působí na vyrobený kontejner, dokáže navržený rám unést a kolikrát stohovatelný tedy je.

Abstract:

This thesis is focuses on stress-strain analysis of a modular unit frame. The frame model was created in the Autodesk Inventor and subsequently transferred into the Siemens NX 11 system, where the stress-strain analysis was performed. The 3D model had to be transformed into a simple wire model to enable application of the 1D elements mesh. When preparations of the model had been completed the stress-strain analysis was performed to calculate the expected behavior of the frame under different loading. The thesis also verified the strenght limits of the proposed frame under different loading and so establish the container's potential to be stackable.
