Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá řešením paralelizace diferenciální evoluce a jejích adaptivních variant. Na základě analýzy byl sestaven obecný návrh pro implementaci paralelismu v diferenciální evoluci. V jazyku C# byl implementován paralelní algortimus klasické diferenciální evoluce a byly implementovány paralelní adaptivní varianty jDE, b6e6rl a JADE s externím archívem. Abstract:
This thesis deals with parallelism in differential evolution as well as in its self-adaptive variants. A concept for parallelism in differential evolution based on analysis was created. Four parallel algorithms jDE, b6e6rl, JADE with external archive and a classic differential evolution were developed in C# language.
