Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o zápise věcných břemen do katastru nemovitostí. Obsahuje platné právní prameny, které tento zápis upravují. Věcná břemena lze vymezit jako soukromoprávní oprávnění, vázaná buď na určitou osobu nebo spojená s vlastnctvím nemovitosti, která omezují vlastníka nemovitosti ve prospěch oprávěného tak, že je povinnen něco trpět, něčeho se zdržet anebo něco konat. Abstract:
My bachelor´s thesis deals with easements recording to the Land register. It includes valid legal sources, which can modify this recording. Easements can be defined as a private authorization bound to a person or to a real estate property which restrict a real estate owner in favour of a holder of an easement.
