Exclusive segment of real assets

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Exkluzivní segment reálných aktiv“ je analýza různorodých reálných aktiv z hlediska jejich případného využití jako formy investice – zejména se zaměřením na netradiční aktiva. První část práce se věnuje jejich zařazení a rozčlenění v rámci celé skupiny reálných investičních nástrojů. Další část se zabývá konkrétními aspekty investice a porovnáním s běžnými třídami aktiv z hlediska jejich výnosností a příznačných charakteristik.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis „Exclusive segment of real assets“ is an analysis of diverse real assets from point of view as using them as investment form – especially focused on nontraditional assets. The first part devotes to classification and segmentation of the whole group of real assets. The second part is dedicated to particular aspects of investments and to the comparison with other investment assets in terms of revenues and specific features typical for them.
