Abstract:
Práce přiblužuje územní samosprávu v České republice, její historický vývoj po roce 1990 až po současnost, její strukturu na lokální a krajské úrovni a základní prvky kontroly uplatňované v systému územní samosprávy.
Abstract:
The thesis describes territorial self-government in the Czech Republic, its historical development after 1990 to the present, its structure at local and regional level and basic elements of control applied in the system of territorial self-government.
