Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečnostních rizik, jež vyplývají z provozu komerčních dronů. Práce přibližuje historii dronů a jejich vývoj k nynější podobě. Následně uvádí výčet právních norem, vztahujících se k létání s drony, a to jak z hlediska mezinárodního práva, tak i z hlediska práva evropského a národního.
