Supramolecular complexes based on cucurbiturils and ferrocene derivatives
Abstract:
Cucurbit[n]urily jsou makrocyklické ligandy, které tvoří velmi stabilní komplexy s různými organickými kationty. Tato diplomová práce popisuje efekty, které mohou vést k destabilizaci těchto komplexů. V experimentální části je popsána příprava nové ferrocenové aminokyseliny a zkoumání jejích supramolekulárních interakcí s cucurbit[7]urilem se zvláštním důrazem na chování systému při změně pH.
Abstract:
Cucurbit[n]urils are macrocyclic ligands forming stable complexes with various organic cations. This diploma thesis describes effects leading to destabilization of these complexes. In the experimental part, synthesis of new ferrocene aminoacid is described. Supramolecular interactions with CB[7] with emphasis on response of the system to pH changes were also investigated.
