Téma diplomové práce je Anaerobní zpracování lihovarnických výpalků. V literárním přehledu je nejdříve stručně popsán proces výroby řepného cukru a řepné melasy. Další část literárního přehledu je věnována surovinám pro výrobu etanolu, výrobě etanolu, popsání lihovarnických výpalků, anaerobní fermentaci lihovarnických výpalků.
