Kaplan-Meier estimate of survival function
Abstract:
Tento text obsahuje základy analýzy přežívání. Je zaměřen na funkci přežití, Kaplanův -Meierův odhad funkce přežití a speciální rysy dat analýzy přežívání. V této práci jsou také zmíněny testy k srovnání dvou a více skupin dat analýzy přežívání. Popsaná teorie je demonstrována na praktickém příkladě.
Abstract:
This text contains basics of survival analysis. It is intent on survivor function, Kaplan-Meier estimate of the survivor function, and special features of survival data. In this work are mentioned tests to compare two or more groups of survival data too. Practical example is used to demonstrate the theory.
