Abstract:

Tato práce obsahuje základní přehled materiálů vhodných pro použití v ochranných prvcích pro motocyklisty včetně shrnutí jejich charakteristických vlastností. Dále se práce zaobírá experimetálními zkouškami dílčích materiálů použitých v několika již distribuovaných chráničích pro motocyklisty. Jednalo se o zkoušky tahové, tlakové a pádové. Práce obsahuje také souhrn materiálových modelů sloužících k popisu těchto materiálů. Popsány jsou základní elastoplastické, hyperelastické a viskoelastické materiálové modely. Na jejich základě byla provedena identifikace materiálových parametrů za pomoci výpočtových modelů a optimalizačních metod. Stěžejní částí práce je numerická simulace nárazové zkoušky pro jeden typ chrániče dle příslušné normy, zajišťující ochranu motocyklisty. Posledním bodem práce jsou návrhy modifikací chrániče z hlediska získání lepších užitných vlastností či zlevnění výroby.

Abstract:

This thesis contain a basic overview of materials usable in motorcycle armors including a summary of their characteristic properties. The thesis is also concerned with experimental tests of partial materials used in several already distributed motorcycle armors. It was about tensile, compressive and drop tests. The thesis also include overview of the material models, which serve for description of this materials. Basic elastoplastic, hyperelastic and viscoelastic material models are described. Based on this, identification of material parameters using computational models and optimization methods was executed. The core part of thesis is the numerical simulation of impact test for one type of armor according to the relevant standard, which secure protection of motorcyclist. The last point of the thesis are modifications of the armor in terms of gaining better performance or cost of production.
