Předmětem bakalářské práce „Strategická analýza výrobního družstva“ je provést analýzu stavu vybraného výrobního družstva a navrhnout pro něj strategii. Práce je členěna na dvě části. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé strategické metody (SWOT, STEP, Porterova analýza.). V praktické části jsou poté tyto metody aplikovány na konkrétní výrobní družstvo. The subjekt of bachelor thesis „Strategic analysis of production cooperative“ is to make strategic analysis of selected production cooperative and design a strategy.
