Abstract:

Název diplomové práce je Bariéry partnerské spolupráce aktérů vstupujících do procesu pomoci obětem domácího násilí. Domácí násilí je téma velmi diskutované ve společnosti a velká část laické veřejnosti by podle svých slov dokázala tuto otázku jasně a rázně řešit. Já jsem se zaměřila na odborníky, kteří se danou problematikou zabývají a proto spojili své síly a v rámci interdisciplinárného týmu se snaží komplexně řešit životní situace obětí domácího násilí. Cílem práce je uceleně popsat jednotlivé aspekty domácího násilí, legislativní zakotvení a zjistit problémy a bariéry se kterými se na společné cestě pomoci mohou jednotliví akteři potýkat. Výzkum je proveden kombinovanou metodou a to zúčastněným pozorováním a formou rozhovorů s jednotlivými členy interdisciplinárního týmu. Výsledky ukazují, že zřízení interdisciplinárního týmu považují všichni členové za pozitivní krok v oblasti pomoci obětem domácího násilí, také však jasně vyplývá, že je potřeba ještě mnoho práce než bude tým stabilně a efektivně spolupracovat.

Abstract:

The title of my graduation theses is The barriers of partnership and cooperation of actors enter into organidation in the course of help to domestic violence`s victims. The domestic violence is a very discussed topic in our society and a major part of general public is persuaded that they would manage to solve this matter strictly and resolutery. I have focused on the specialists that are engaged in mentioned questions and that pulled together and now try within the interdisciplinary team to solve various situations in life of domestic violence victims. The target of my theses is to describe individual aspects of domestic violence, legislation and to identify the problems and barriers which the inidvidual participants can meet on their way to help the others. A research work is made by a combine method, that is a participated observation and a form of dialogs with individual members of interdisciplinary team. The results show that all members consider the establishment of interdisciplinary team as a positive step in the field of help to domestic violence victims, anyway it also results that still much work must be done to achieve steady and effectively cooperating team.
