Abstract:
Tato práce se snaží představit celou Probační a mediační službu obsaženou v zákoně č 257/2000 Sb., o Probační a mediační službě. Zabývá se historií, vysvětlením pojmů probace a mediace, probační a mediační činnosti. Dále se zabývá alternativními tresty – jejich nevýhodami a výhodami.
Abstract:
This work seeks to present all the Probation and Mediation Service contained in Act No. 257/2000 Coll. of Probation and Mediation Service. This work focus on the history, the explanation of the terms of probation and mediation and probation and mediation activities. It also deals with alternative punishment – their advantages and disadvantages.
