Consumer preferences and behavior associated with the services of mobile operators

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na identifikaci preferencí a chování spotřebitelů spojených se službami mobilních operátorů, což je téma související s aktuální situací na trhu mobilních operátorů v České republice. Výstupem této práce je odhalení nejvýznamnějších rozdílů v chování a preferencích spotřebitelů v souvislosti s uvedenými službami. Tyto rozdíly byly identifikovány prostřednictvím realizace výzkumu zákazníků mobilních operátorů, který byl zaměřen především na vliv rychle se rozvíjejícího trhu mobilních operátorů na loajalitu spotřebitelů a na vliv marketingových kampaní na rozhodování spotřebitele při změně služeb nebo operátora.

Abstract:

The submitted diploma thesis is focused on identifying consumer preferences and behaviour associated with the services of mobile operators, which is a topic related to the current situation on the mobile market in the Czech Republic. The outcome of this work is to reveal major differences in the behaviour and preferences of consumers in relation to those services. These differences were identified through the realization of research of mobile operator customers, which was focused primarily on the impact of the rapidly evolving mobile market to the loyalty of consumers and the impact of marketing campaigns on consumer decision when changing service provider or operator.
