Abstract:
Tato práce si klade za cíl na základě analýzy dostupných bibliografických pramenů popsat účelovou atletiku, vytyčit její obsah a prostředky. Sekundárním cílem práce je popsání její využitelnosti pro různé sportovní disciplíny.
Abstract:
The primary goal of the thesis is to describe the nature of general gymnastics and lay out their contents and means based on an analysis of the available bibliographic resources, while the secondary goal of the thesis is to describe the applicability of general gymnastics in different types of sports disciplines.
