Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na shrnutí současných poznatků o infekční teorii původu Alzheimerovy choroby. Alzheimerova choroba je neurodegenerativní onemocnění a je nejčastější příčinou demence ve světě. Příčina nemoci není dosud známa. Jedna z teorií je, že roli mohou hrát patogeny. The goal of this thesis is to summarize the findings about the infectious theory of the origin of Alzheimer disease. Alzheimer disease is a neurodegenerative disorder and it is the most common cause of dementia in the world.
