Prevention of diseases and the most common health problems in dairy cattle breeds

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá prevencí nemocí a nejčastějších zdravotních problémů v chovech skotu bez tržní produkce mléka.Na základě studia literatury je představen chov skotu bez tržní produkce mléka v podmínkách České republiky. Představuje chovaná plemena, počty zvířat, technologie chovu. Dále popisuje nejčastější nemoci a zdravotní problémy vyskytující se v chovech skotu bez tržní produkce mléka a zaměřuje se na popis preventivních zákroků a opatření. V praktické části práce je popsána daná problematika v konkrétním zvoleném podniku zaměřeném na chov skotu bez tržní produkce mléka. V práci je představen průběh chovatelské sezóny a realizované preventivní zákroky a opatření uskutečněná v průběhu roku. Ve stejném chovu je také popsán výskyt zdravotních problémů a nemocí u chovaných zvířat.

Abstract:

This work deals with the prevention of diseases and the most common health problems in cattle breeding without milk production.Based on the study of literature, the breeding of cattle without market milk production is introduced in the conditions of the Czech Republic. Represents breeds, numbers of animals, breeding technology. It also describes the most common diseases and health problems occurring in suckler cattle and focuses on the description of preventive interventions and measures. The practical part of the thesis describes the given issue in a particular selected business aimed at cattle breeding without market milk production. The thesis presents the course of the breeding season and realized preventive interventions and measures implemented during the year. The same breed also describes the occurrence of health problems and diseases in farmed animals.
