Dizertační práce připouští legitimitu otázky „a k čemu je vlastně morální filosofie dobrá?“ a zaměřuje se na stanovení kritérií, za kterých lze etiku považovat za užitečnou v ekonomickém slova smyslu. Abstract:
The thesis permits an acceptance of the question “what is moral philosophy good for?” and aims to specify criteria of economical utility of the discipline. Research is based on Sam Harris’ three projects of moral philosophy – descriptive, normative and persuasive. In conclusion, only persuasive ethics seems to meet given criteria.
