Emerging microbial infections in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje aktuální emergentní mikrobiální patogeny vyskytující se na území České republiky. Důraz je kladen na popis emergence 50 mikrobiálních nákaz. Práce obsahuje také kompletní přehled všech studovaných agens v rámci tohoto tématu. Ke konci je diskutována problematika studia vývoje epidemiologie nákaz v souvislosti s posuzováním jejich možné emergence.
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis summarizes current emerging microbial pathogens occurring in the Czech Republic. The emphasis is on description of the emergence of 50 microbial infections. Thesis also contains a complete list of all the agents of interest studied within this topic. Problems with investigation of epidemiologic trends of the diseases are discussed in context of their possible emergence at the end …more
