Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Metody oceňování startupů a jejich specifika“ je analýza postupů pro ocenění startupů a praktická aplikace konkrétní metody na vybraný podnik. První část je zaměřena na teoretické aspekty oceňování společností a finanční analýzu. Druhá část práce se zabývá vymezením startupu a specifiky při jeho ocenění. Třetí část práce je zaměřena na finanční analýzou vybraného startupu a jeho ocenění. Výstupem této části práce je posouzení finančního zdraví startupu a stanovení jeho hodnoty na základě užité metody.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: “Startup Valuation Methods and their Specifics” is an analysis of processes for valuation of startups and practical application of the chosen method to a selected company. The first part is focused on the theoretical aspects of business valuation and financial analysis. The second part of the work deals with the definition of startup and the specifics of its valuation. The third part is focused on the financial analysis of a selected startup and its valuation. The output of this part is to assess the startup´s financial health and to determine its value based on the method used.
