Vazbové mapování genů u člověka.

Linkage Maps in Humans
Abstract:
V bakalářské práci popisuji obecně princip vazbového (rekombinačního) mapování. Uvádím možnosti takového mapování u člověka. Zaměřím se podrobněji na mapování pomocí molekulárních markerů. Shrnuji poznatky o současném stavu vazbové (genetické) mapy člověka.
Abstract:
Bachalors thesis is dealing with linkage maps in human. It is focus on the principle of linkage maps and potential maps in human. It discribes mapping by molecular markers and present situation in linkage maps in human.
