Construction of 4-phase Power Inverter

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce popisuje postup při navrhování výkonového driveru pro 4-fázový měnič, který je určen pro laboratorní účely na katedře výkonové elektromechaniky. V úvodní části jsou popsány možnosti samotného driveru a připomenutí základních principů, jako je funkce 3-fázového napěťového střídače a jiných typů měničů, které driver umožňuje řídit. Dále jsou zde popsány funkce a vlastnosti jednotlivých, důležitých komponentů, ze kterých je driver postaven. Následují výsledky z měření a testování funkčnosti výkonového driveru. Na závěr práce je ukázáno schéma zapojení celého driveru včetně návrhu DPS v programu EAGLE.

Abstract:

This master thesis describes the process of the designing driver for 4 phase converter, which is designed for laboratory use in the department of Electromechanics and Power Electronics. In the introductory section are described the options of the driver itself and there is a reminding of the basic principles such as the function of 3-phase voltage inverter and the other types of converters, which the driver can control. In the next part, there are described a properties and functions of important parts, from which the driver is made of. Finally, there are some results from measuring and testing functionality of the driver. And there is shown an internal wiring diagram including a PCB design, created by EAGLE software.
