The Anti-Utopian Prose Works of Egon Bondy

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza a interpretace antiutopických próz Egona Bondyho a jejich následná diferenciace dle ideového základu. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny literární žánry utopie a antiutopie a současně je provedena též základní sumarizace veškeré Bondyho literární tvorby, které je následně využito v druhé části práce. Praktická část je konstruována jako analýza pěti Bondyho antiutopickým próz, které vznikaly od poloviny sedmdesátých do poloviny devadesátých let dvacátého století. Pozornost je soustředěna primárně na analýzu a interpretaci konkrétních antiutopických motivů v těchto dílech. Na základě interpretace a analýzy jednotlivých antiutopických motivů je v závěru práce provedena samotná diferenciace Bondyho antiutopických próz.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse and interpret the anti-utopian prose works of Egon Bondy and to differentiate these prose works according to their ideological basis. This thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part of this work, there are the two literary genres of utopia and anti-utopia defined. At the same time there is also the whole literary work of Egon Bondy, which is subsequently used in the second part of this work, summarized. The practical part of this thesis deals with the analysis of five anti-utopian books of Egon Bondy, which he wrote between the mid-seventies and mid-nineties of the twentieth century. The attention is primarily turned to the analysis and interpretation of the specific anti-utopian motifs in these books. Eventually, there is the differentiation of the prose works of Egon Bondy made.
