Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice reklamačních řízení v rámci letecké pře-pravy osob. Jejím cílem je uvést čtenáře do problematiky a nastínit možná řešení a návody, kterými se lze při reklamaci v letecké přepravě řídit. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of complaint procedures in the air transport of persons. Its aim is to introduce the issue to the reader and outline possible solutions and instructions that can be followed in the complaint process in air transport.
